2 Night Stay for 40-70 guests (Friday – Sunday) | October – April only
130-160 guest maximum for indoor Glenwood Hall events
200-300 guest maximum for outdoor tented events (tent rental not included)
The rental prices include all of the following:
BEFORE THE BIG DAY:
- Initial planning meeting & property walk
- Final details meeting 30 days prior to your event date
- One hour rehearsal time (Reservation required)
- Event Planning Assistance
- 2 Hotels on-site exclusive for your wedding party for 2 nights
- 5 Rooms in our Historic Mansion perfect for family or bridal party
- Set-up and take-down of tables and chairs
- 18-holes of golf for groomsmen (Weather permitting)
WEDDING DAY:
- Breakfast for all overnight guests
- Bridal Suite
- Use of indoor Glenwood Hall Ceremony/Reception area
- Use of outdoor Wedding Ceremony sites (weather permitting)
- Parking attendants
- Scenic photography locations
- Ceremony Decorations (arch, podium, alter, etc)
- Dance Floor
- Standard Poly Floor Length Linens & Poly Napkins
- 72 inch round tables (26) – Fit 8 guests/table
- 130 wooden indoor dining chairs – can rent more if needed
- Various table sizes for beverages, gifts, appetizers, cake, etc
- Ice for all scheduled events
- Indoor sitting room for cocktail hour
- Restroom amenity basket (aspirin, spray deodorant, feminine products, etc)
POST WEDDING:
- Congratulatory Breakfast for all over-night guests
COST: $10,000 – plus tax and $500 refundable damage deposit

- On-site Catering for Rehearsal dinner & Reception
- Private Homes (Fit 6-8 comfortably)
- Full Wedding & Event Coordination Services: Upon your request, we will gladly be in charge of booking your additional rentals and communicating with vendors to make sure we have all the equipment you need. We will communicate with the other vendors, provide you with options and quotes. Which is One Less Thing to do!
